How does activating service with Base work?

To activate your energy service with Base, please visit account.basepowercompany.com to submit your activation form.
Electricity service will begin on the day you select in the activation form.
You will receive your first energy bill within 5 weeks of your service start date. All Base members are automatically enrolled in autopay. You can update your payment method on file at any time in the Billing tab on your dashboard.
