I'm a Base member and I have a renter. How do I transfer energy service to them?

You can transfer energy service to your renter by contacting Base support. Your renter will need to agree to the Base service agreement and terms. Base will facilitate the transfer process, updating the service account to reflect your renter as the responsible party. The battery system will continue to serve the property with all associated benefits.
