As a landlord with a Base battery system on your property, you are responsible for ensuring the renter has proper access to the system and understands how to use it. You should maintain the physical integrity of the battery installation and ensure no damage occurs. Base handles all maintenance and service. You should disclose the battery system to prospective tenants and facilitate the transfer of service when a renter moves in or out.
