How do I report a security concern?

If you discover any security concerns related to your Base battery system or account, please contact Base support immediately. You can report security issues via email at support@basepowercompany.com or through the Base app. Do not attempt to investigate or repair security issues yourself. Provide as much detail as possible about the concern, including when you discovered it and what type of issue it is.
